How Can I Call Random People On Skype/Find Somewhere to Call People to Talk to While Playing Runescape?

Im playing runescape and I just want to have people to talk to while I play. It doesnt have to be people on/people that play runescape but it would be preferred. Or some random females ;P Please dont say just ask your friends to make a skype, or find people in the game who have one, just tell me where I can find contacts to call, how to call random contacts, or specific contacts that I can call. Thanks!|||You could look into voice chat lobbies, the free to use voice chat software 'Mumble' has different chat rooms for different subjects / countries.

Failing that there's always chat roulette, but that's video and I don't recommend you try it|||There's no way to do that with Skype.

Get Ventrilo and join that server, there's usually plenty of people playing RuneScape and talking on there.
