How would I find all the 28 or 29 year old people in the town of Pacific Beach,WA?

For a geographical study, want to find people(names, too) in this age range. Pacific Beach is a small ocean town in Washington State of probably 300 people at best. Want to know why they want to live there and other information.|||with 300 people, you can just go door-to-door asking if there is anybody in the household withing your age group. Or maybe hang out at a local grocery store.|||crazy stalker?
