Another idea is to post an ad on craigslist. Get an idea of what music you want to have played and be sure to "audition" anyone who might be interested in the job.|||if you're getting married in a church you have to ask if it's OK to bring in musicians outside the congregation. or maybe the pastor can recommend members of the parish who have played at the church. otherwise contact your local philharmonic and ask about freelancers.|||There is a list of resources here for locating violin shops and teachers, and the process for finding players is the same:
