Find people??

We used to able to click on a tab on Messenger and find people online in our state or anywhere and just jump in and chat with them. I can't find the tab now in the new Voice Messenger, did they eliminate it?|||I'm not sure on the answer to this.. but you answered one of my questions... but you can't be e-mailed through answers like some people... you are a broker??? I'd like to e-mail you and ask some things...
