How to find people to volunteer to teach them computer skills?

I wanted to volunteer my time to teach people how to gain basic computer skills like using e-mail, word, and excel. I am not sure how to find people that need such help...|||I do that through a program at my county library. Ask them; if they don't have such a program, they may know of an organization that does.|||A senior citizen center would be a good place to look also.
